Up to $100/HR Innovative & Growth-Minded Dental Hygienist at Capri Dentistry (Poway, CA)

Capri Dentistry in Poway is growing—and we’re searching for 1–2 exceptional, experienced dental hygienists ready to elevate their careers in a modern, holistic, and forward-thinking environment.

This role begins with Fridays, with the potential to expand into Sundays and additional weekdays based on performance, interest, and availability.

We are specifically looking for a savvy, entrepreneurial RDH who:

• Is experienced and clinically confident

• Understands the importance of being efficient with their time while still investing in comprehensive radiographs and genuine patient engagement

• Is social media–savvy and excited to help amplify our brand and connect with patients online

• Is career-driven, eager to grow clinically and professionally

• Is passionate about whole-body health through dentistry

• Wants to actively contribute to the growth and success of the practice

At Capri Dentistry, we go beyond routine hygiene. Our services integrate:

• Sleep and Airway Dentistry

• TMJ Therapy

• Clear Aligner Therapy

• AI-Enhanced and 3D Imaging

• Solea Dental Surgery Laser Technology

Our out-of-network PPO model allows us to provide a higher standard of care—free from the limitations of insurance-driven dentistry—and creates a structure where our hygienists can earn an average of $100/hour through strong patient care and above-average hygiene visit value.
