We’re excited to announce an opening for a Back Office Lead at our Covina location! Whether you're a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) with strong experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a real impact.

As our Back Office Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by:

• Managing and organizing back office supply orders

• Creating temporary crowns with precision and efficiency

• Leading and supporting the clinical team

• Assisting the doctor chairside and serving as their go-to support

• Helping maintain a positive, productive, and team-focused environment

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a full-time provider and hygienist in place.
