Dental Assistant - Phoenix, AZ area - Immediate start

Job Title: Full-Time Dental Assistant – Surgical & CEREC Experience Required
Location: central phoenix
Schedule: Monday 7 Am - 4 PM , Tuesday-Thursday 8 AM – 6 PM

We are currently seeking a reliable, committed Dental Assistant with strong experience in surgical procedures and CEREC, who is also confident in patient communication and efficient in clinical and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist during surgical procedures, including implants and extractions

• Operate and assist with CEREC same-day restorations (scanning, designing, milling)

• Take full-mouth X-rays (FMX) efficiently – in under 10 minutes

• Confidently present and input treatment plans in Dentrix

• Prepare and maintain a sterile operatory and surgical instruments

• Support patient education and comfort before, during, and after procedures

• Help manage daily clinical flow and work as part of a fast-paced team

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant 

• Dependable, organized, presentable, and comfortable with patient communication and rapport

• Strong familiarity with Dentrix software – especially treatment planning

• Confident, clear communicator with patients and team members

• Ability to perform FMX quickly and accurately (under 10 minutes)

• Certified Dental Assistant (RDA or CDA based on state requirements)

• Current CPR certification
