About the Opportunity

As a Dental Assistant, you will support our dentist and specialists in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Beyond technical skills, you’ll be an advocate for our patients, educating and empowering them to understand the connection between oral and overall health. Key Contributions

• Assist the dentist during procedures by anticipating their needs and ensuring patient comfort.
• Organize and maintain a clean and efficient workspace, including sterilizing equipment and preparing treatment rooms.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, providing reassurance and addressing concerns with compassion.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in patient education, ensuring they understand treatments and post-care instructions.
• Exhibit leadership by taking initiative, managing schedules, and streamlining office operations.
• Represent our practice positively with professionalism and a passion for oral health.
• Proactively seek opportunities to grow your knowledge 
• Must know how to take proper X-rays/CT scan, have knowledge of working with Invisalign

What You Bring

• At least minimum 5 years of experience as a dental assistant or similar healthcare role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
