Description

We are a fast-paced dental practice seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a strong background in cosmetic dentistry and specialty procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player who communicates well with both clinical and front office staff.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Extensive cosmetic dentistry experience, including:
Making temporary crowns chairside
Assisting with crowns, veneers, bridges, and esthetic cases
Experience assisting with specialty procedures, including:
Oral surgery
Dental implant placement
Periodontal surgery
Chairside assisting in a fast-paced environment
Taking and processing dental radiographs
Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
Inventory management, including ordering dental supplies
Monitoring and coordinating dental equipment servicing and maintenance
Accurate clinical charting and documentation
