Dental Assistant with X-Ray License Required

Our dental practice is seeking a Dental Assistant with a valid X-ray license to join our team! This position requires willingness to travel between our clinic locations within Ventura County.

Pay: You will be paid in several ways:

• Daily Pay: We pay hourly, and we have many opportunities for you to gain full-time hours across our offices as you desire.
• Monthly Bonus: You will have the opportunity to earn several hundred dollars each month in performance bonuses.
• Education: In our Assistant Track program, we want you to grow clinically with us. We have assembled a great catalog of courses and will reimburse what you need for licensure on your path to becoming an RDA, RDA-EF, or obtaining certifications. This includes an X-Ray license, coronal polishing, CDA, RDA, RDA-EF, and certifications such as fluoride, nitrous, infection control, sealants, ortho assistant, and CPR. We will pay 50% of approved external course costs, upon proof of registration and successful completion.

• Paid Time Off: Accrue up to 5 days of PTO per year, and 6 holidays annually for full-time staff.
