Who We're Looking For

Agave Dental is currently seeking a temporary dentist to join our caring and collaborative team. We're looking for a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a licensed DDS or DMD in good standing

• Have strong clinical skills in general dentistry

• Demonstrate excellent communication and patient care abilities

• Be adaptable, reliable, and a team player

• Have a positive attitude and a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident

This is a temporary position with flexible dates beginning the month of Novmeber until beginning to mid December — ideal for dentists looking to fill a gap in their schedule or gain experience in a supportive, modern practice.

Responsibilities

• • Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop treatment plans

  • Provide general dental care including cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions

  • Administer local anesthesia and perform necessary procedures with a focus on patient comfort

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions

  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care

  • Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and treatment notes in compliance with dental regulations

  • Ensure all procedures meet the highest standards of safety, sterilization, and infection control

  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry and continue professional development as needed

  • Respond to patient concerns with compassion and professionalism
