Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements
• Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations
• Billing and Insurance:
  Completing insurance forms, filing claims, tracking their progress, and managing billing records and payments
• Checking insurance eligibility and benefits/ discussing benefits with patients
• Patient scheduling
• Record Management: Filing, scanning, and creating documents, and uploading paper files to a digital database.
