Dental facility seeking dedicated Dental Assistant in Tempe, AZ

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our professional and dedicated team in November 2025.  

This patient focused private practice has been in Tempe for over 50 years. We consider ourselves a family-oriented practice, for both our patients and our team.  This is a fast-paced multi-doctor general practice with specialist doctors in throughout the month.   

Clinical Setting

Our facility features advanced dental equipment and digital imaging systems, CEREC and Itero, allowing our team to provide comprehensive care efficiently. We prioritize patient comfort and maintain strict standards for infection control and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

We seek a dedicated professional with solid technical foundations and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative efforts.

We will require our new team member to have a minimum of 3 years chairside assisting experience with X-ray certification,  a strong knowledge of Dentrix, patient and operatory set up, and sterilization protocols.  The candidate will need to possess excellent communication and people skills along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.  Reliability, flexibility and having fun at work are all required to be a team member at Okun Dentistry.  CEREC experience is a definite plus.  The position is full-time 32 – 36 hours a week with one Saturday a month.
