Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented practice. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that every patient receives an exceptional clinical experience. Youâll provide chairside assistance for general dentistry, support hygiene and surgical/implant procedures, and help educate patients on maintaining long-term oral health. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during general procedures, including simple extractions, fillings, and restorative work. Prepare patients for treatment by reviewing procedures, ensuring comfort, and maintaining a welcoming chairside manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes. Provide clinical and administrative support to ensure the smooth flow of daily operations. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-procedure care. Contribute to team goals by demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Participate actively in team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and ongoing professional development. Adhere to all safety guidelines, infection control procedures, and practice protocols. Requirements Certification from an accredited Dental Assistant program. Prior experience in a dental assisting role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first mindset. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
