Private Dental office with locations in Boston and Milton. Are you looking to join a fun and team-oriented dental practice? Seaport Dental Associates, in search of a MA-licensed Time Dental Assistant to work in our offices (40 hours/week). Hours are: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 to 6 (Boston location) Thursdays 8-1 (Boston location) Fridays 8-12 (Milton location) Interested dental assistant candidates should be professional, friendly, responsible, reliable team players with excellent people skills and positive energy. Requirements: CPR, X-Ray certification, and a Dental Assisting license are required. Responsibilities will include: Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment. Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures. Assisting the doctor with all aspects of four-handed dentistry, including taking x-rays, taking impressions, digital scans (ITERO), and other various clinical roles. Tracking lab cases to ensure they are received in a timely manner. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Conduct work in compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines. Experience in a dental setting, with a focus on assisting in four-handed dentistry. Ability to efficiently sterilize and prepare treatment rooms, ensuring readiness for procedures. Proven track record of managing lab cases and ensuring timely receipt to meet patient expectations. Familiarity with taking X-rays, impressions, and digital scans (ITERO) to support dental procedures. Strong multitasking skills are required to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations. Commitment to maintaining compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
