Desert Foothills Dental is looking for a General Dentist to join our vibrant, growing team in the Ahwatukee Foothills ! We’re mainly an OON practice and participate only with DD Premiere . They care for patients across all areas of general dentistry in a modern, state-of-the-art facility while utilizing proven clinical protocols. What We Offer Dedicated Support Team : You’ll have your own assistant and get to work with a knowledgable and experienced front desk and hygienist to foster seamless, consistent care. Out of Network; Participation Limited to Delta Dental Premiere Some of what you could be doing ... Arrive at 7:20 am for a team huddle to celebrate wins and prepare for the day. Do quadrant dentistry of restorative Perform a root canal. Scan or impress for a crown . Place an implant freehand. Address an emergency patient with a surgical extraction. Personally greet every new patient and spend several minutes getting to know them. Start a clear aligner case . Document all your cases thoroughly with IO photos, etc. for post op presentations. Make “care calls” to patients you treated the day before. Spend lunch with your assistants for training and feedback. Close the day with ensuring everything is complete and to review expectations. After work, attend a quarterly get-togethers for continuing education, fellowship, and growth.
