Job Overview I am looking for a talented Registered Dental Assistant to join me open a new dental office - Veritas Dental and Implant. I come from owning four successful dental offices in Seattle Washington for the past 9 years. I sold all those offices to put all my focus into this new office. With everything I have learned and developed throughout my career being invested into this new office, I am confident Veritas D&I will grow into the clinic of choice in this community in quite short period of time. I would like to invite someone with great passion - someone who is grateful for what they have but at the same time always pursuing for more and willing to work harder to achieve more for themselves and people around. I do not believe simply having many years of experience in the field makes you competent. About 1 year of experience in dental assisting will do. The rest comes from the person’s humble mind to get feedbacks and use it for self-development and hunger for better outcomes + personal success. Responsibilities Be good with patients. Understand the schedule and prepare for appointment by setting up patient ops. X-ray / CBCT Chair side assisting (suctioning and handing the doctor supplies/instruments) Understanding Work in compliance with HIPAA Presenting recommended treatment plans to patients along with financial options to get case accepted Track down lab cases and call dental labs if necessary Call patients to schedule for lab case delivery Required skills Using x ray rings and sensors to take x rays (PAs and BWs) Basic terminology of dentistry and instruments Basic knowledge of infection control Using ultrasonic cleaner and autoclave (sterile) Basic suctioning chair side NOT Required skills (You don't have to have these. I will train.) Making temporary crowns/restorations Awesome alginate impression taking Retraction cord packing Skilled scanning with 3D camera What Really is Required Instead Being quick and efficient. Being good at preparing proactively rather than waiting till last minute to get overwhelmed. Ability to multitask between patients. Good communicator with the doctor and front office to stay on top of the schedule. Plus skills Bilingual ability (Spanish especially) is a plus, but not required. I can assure you there is a big upside for growth in this position. You will be working with an owner dentist who comes from a pretty heavy patient flow + high revenue background. All fields of dentistry will be provided in the office, but implant surgery involving complex bone grafting, sinus lift, All-on-X and immediate loading will be daily provided. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in complex dentistry. I don’t look for those. What I listed up there for required skills are all skills you need. Please bring the passion to learn and willingness to take feedbacks. And of course, your own desire to grow your value to achieve more than ever is helpful. If you have always thought you have what other people don’t and have been looking for an opportunity to prove yourself, let me know. As you help grow the practice, you will become the crucial backbone of the office. Compensation will fairly reflect the growth in revenue all team members bring into the office. A talented person with outstanding personality will always succeed, but they will see success quicker when they meet the right environment. I will provide that environment by being responsible as an owner. I will provide quality but yet efficient care to patients. The fairly earned revenue will motivate you more as your compensation increases. Appreciation from patients expressed to you as they leave will motivate you even more. Targeted office open date Early - Mid December 2025 Compensation (to start with) $16- $20 / hr Talk about a raise after the first 90 days and many more after Benefits Health insurance Dental benefit Paid time off Paid holidays Bonus pay based on office revenue Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
