Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated treatment coordinator who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar setting is required. Must have a strong knowledge of all pediatric dental procedures and be able to explain treatment to parents with confidence. We accept most PPO insurances, you must have an understanding of benefits and be able to present treatment with confidence.
Must be able to work well with others and follow the systems that we have in place.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues
- Verify dental insurance for all recare patients
- Present treatment plans with confidence
- Answer phones when needed
- Follow up on all unscheduled treatment
