Job Title: Dental Implant Sales & Marketing Consultant Location: SouthPark – Charlotte, NC About Us: We are a specialty endodontic practice located in the SouthPark area of Charlotte. While our primary focus has always been advanced root canal care, we are expanding our services to include dental implants and All-on-X cases. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional specialty care and providing patients with comprehensive treatment options. Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Dental Implant Sales & Marketing Consultant to join our team. This role is key to helping us grow our implant services by both educating patients and establishing strong referral relationships with other dental offices in the Charlotte area. Unlike traditional marketing roles, this position focuses less on social media and more on face-to-face outreach, relationship-building, and case acceptance . Responsibilities: Educate patients on dental implant and All-on-X treatment options, guiding them through the case acceptance process. Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure patients fully understand treatment benefits and financing options. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dental offices to drive implant and full-arch case referrals. Organize and attend marketing visits, lunch-and-learns, and other professional outreach activities. Track case acceptance, referral leads, and outreach progress to meet monthly growth goals. Represent the practice in a professional, approachable manner within the dental community. Qualifications: Dental field experience is required (treatment coordinator, implant sales, or clinical background strongly preferred). Knowledge of implant dentistry and ability to communicate treatment benefits effectively. Proven success in sales, case acceptance, or dental treatment coordination. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to market outside the office. Professional appearance and ability to represent a specialty practice.
