Company Overview Join our friendly small town solo-practitioner practice that treats patients like people, not numbers. This role is vital in supporting our dentist and ensuring our patients receive top-quality care. We value personalized treatment and caring for patients of all ages. We are located between 5-15 minutes from westminster, and 20 minutes from eldersburg Hours of Operation: Monday 9-6 Tuesday 9-6 Thursday 8-5 Friday 8-4 No Weekends, also off on Wednesdays Responsibilities Assist dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials. Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques. (including but not limited to helping to keep office and operatories clean) Take dental X-rays with precision using bite wing tabs and XCP Strong understanding of dental procedures and dental terminology Experience with cerec a plus Qualifications Experience as a general dentistry assistant Strong grasp of infection control protocols. Ability to perform chair-side assisting efficiently. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude. Strong work ethic Mind reading ability and a good sense of humor are a good match for our practice.
