Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities Company perks Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will support the dentist in all aspects of patient care, ensure a smooth flow of operations, and help deliver a comfortable, positive experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities: Greet and prepare patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist during exams, cleanings, and treatments Sterilize and set up instruments, trays, and materials Taking dental x-rays Maintain accurate patient records and charts Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed Ensure infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines are followed Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and organized Assisting with administrative tasks Cross training a plus Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program (preferred) X-ray certification (required or within 90 days of hire) CPR certification (or willing to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic Bilingual a plus (optional based on your location) Work Schedule: Monday and Thursday 8 am- 5pm and Tuesdays 9am-6 pm. Fridays are not working days at this time. Wednesdays are for maintenance and restocking With flexible hours.
