Responsibilities: - Prepare treatment rooms for various dental procedures -review appointments and bring items to huddle - Ensure efficient turnover of rooms - Seat patients and obtain necessary consents - Maintain proper stocking of instruments in each room - Sterilize operatory and instruments following OSHA/CDC guidelines - Stay informed of schedule changes and procedure progress to prioritize tasks effectively - Operate office equipment for x-rays and scanning - Assist hygienists with accurate charting - Aid dentists during treatment procedures - Perform lab duties including model pouring and tray fabrication - Coordinate with dental labs for cases, ensuring accurate entries in software Experience: Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma - Completion of a dental assistant program or equivalent training - Dental Assisting license in MA - X-ray certification - Active CPR Certification Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of professional experience This Role is Perfect For: - A team player who values collaboration - Someone who takes pride in their work and strives for excellence - Individuals with a growth mindset and internal motivation - Those dedicated to creating exceptional patient experiences Join us where you can contribute to our mission of providing outstanding dental care while being part of a supportive and family-oriented company.
