Requirements: CPR, X-Ray certification, and a Dental Assisting license are required. Responsibilities will include: Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment. Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures. Assisting the doctor with all aspects of four-handed dentistry, including taking X-rays, taking impressions, and performing other various clinical roles. Tracking lab cases to ensure they are received in a timely manner. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Conduct work in compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines. Experience in a dental setting, with a focus on assisting in four-handed dentistry. Ability to efficiently sterilize and prepare treatment rooms, ensuring readiness for procedures. Proven track record of managing lab cases and ensuring timely receipt to meet patient expectations. Familiarity with taking X-rays, impressions, and digital scans (ITERO) to support dental procedures. Strong multitasking skills are required to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations. Commitment to maintaining compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
