What You’ll Do: Assist the dentist during all chairside procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments in a clean and organized manner. Take and process dental X-rays and impressions. (Digital) Provide excellent patient care, comfort, and communication throughout visits. Manage patient records and treatment notes accurately. Support the front office and clinical team as needed to create a great patient experience. What We’re Looking For: Active Texas Dental Assistant License (RDA) – Required 1+ year of experience in a dental office (general dentistry preferred). Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
