Firm Foundation Dental is hiring!! Our progressive, luxurious, state-of-the-art dental office in Prosper, Texas is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our awesome team! Our office is opening in January 2026! Our mission is to provide the best care possible for our patients and we are dedicated in providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our patients and employees. The ideal candidate will: - Have 5 or more years of experience as a dental assistant - Be highly motivated - Have great communication skills - Understand the clinical aspect of dental software and digital radiography - Be able to take care of the patients’ needs and concerns with compassion - Be willing and able to take on front desk duties when necessary For this position we would like someone who: - Has leadership capabilities - Has a positive attitude - Works well with team members. - Has incredible work ethic - Detail oriented - Is dependable and reliable - Is experienced with digital dental software and x-rays - Understands dental terminology - Will go above and beyond If this sounds like the right fit for you, please submit your resume.
