Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Williamsville, NY
Full-time dental assistant position available in our Williamsville and Attica office. Monday 7:30-5pm, Tuesday 7:30-5pm, Wednesday 7:30-5pm Thursday 7:30-5pm Fridays 7:30-2pm. We are seeking a positive, motivated, professional, team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Responsibilities: Welcome patients in the dental office Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Take digital x-rays Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Undertake and supervise lab tasks as instructed Provide post-operative care instructions Keep the dental operatory clean and well-stocked Skills: Experience as a dental assistant (will train) Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable High school diploma Additional certification or training is an asset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Paid time off Paid training Work Location: In person
