Full-Time Dental Receptionist – NJ Team Dental Center (Old Bridge, NJ)

NJ Team Dental Center is a busy, patient-focused dental practice located at 2515 Highway 516, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. We are seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist for our check-out / patient coordinator position.
Schedule:

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Checking out patients and scheduling follow-up appointments
• Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays/balances
• Entering and reviewing treatment plans
• Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Providing excellent customer service to our patients and families

Requirements:

• Experience with Dentrix software is required
• Must be familiar with dental coding and dental insurance
• Knowledge of medical insurance is a strong plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, friendly, and reliable

Compensation:

• $20.00 – $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
