Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Orange, CA
Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our team of healthcare professionals. This is a great team, looking for someone who can grow with us, treat patients really well and have autonomy to really take off with oral hygiene care!
Hours:
Mondays 8-5
OR (we can discuss which day is a better fit)
Wednesdays 9-6
Fridays 9-6
1 Saturday per month for the next 6ish months (second Saturday of the month usually) where we have a hygiene day during ortho
Pay: $50-60 per hour depending on skillset, experience, laser/irrigation training, adjunct services, ability to take intra oral photos and point out possible treatment needs, including Invisalign, possible cracks/fractures/wear.
Possibility of production based pay for a rockstar hygienist who knows they want to surpass hourly pay (our basic KPI is 3x your pay for daily production, and anything above that can have a bonus structure based on percentage)
