You will have full 1-hour appointments, work in a modern operatory with natural light, enjoyable music, and beautiful views, and be part of a supportive, small team dedicated to patient care. Primary Responsibilities: Perform thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis, perio maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy) Monitor periodontal health with comprehensive perio charting Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos Educate patients on oral hygiene Co-diagnose alongside the dentist Sterilize and set up your operatory independently Ideal Candidate Active California RDH license required Experience preferred Friendly, professional, and reliable Strong communicator and self-starter Able to work independently and also collaborate with the team Schedule Part-Time : Thursdays Compensation $60-75 (DOE) PTO, paid holidays, and health insurance reimbursement Job Type: Part-time Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
