Help needed: Dental Hygienist for Newbury Park, CA dental office

Huber Dental is seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team of healthcare professionals for Tuesdays only in Thousand Oaks. We are a private PPO and cash-only practice (no HMO / no Denti-Cal) and schedule ONE PATIENT PER HOUR so you can focus on quality care rather than rushing through appointments.

Our office is equipped with modern dental technology and follows high standards of infection control and patient privacy. We prioritize efficient workflows so that our team can provide thorough, patient-focused care without unnecessary stress.

We are looking for a hygienist with a current California RDH license, strong clinical skills, and a gentle chairside manner. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and a true team player who communicates well with both patients and staff. Experience with digital X-rays and periodontal maintenance is preferred, but both recent graduates and experienced hygienists are welcome to apply.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, take and interpret digital X-rays, educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care, and maintain accurate and detailed charting. You will also support infection control protocols and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized operatory while adapting to the needs of the day and keeping patient comfort at the center of your work.
