Pay: You will be compensated through several channels: Daily Pay: We pay hourly, and there are many opportunities to gain full-time hours across our network of offices. Monthly Bonus: You will be eligible to earn several hundred dollars each month in performance-based bonuses. Education: In our Hygiene Track program, we want you to grow with us. We offer CE opportunities and will reimburse 50% of approved course costs related to your clinical development. Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Take and review digital X-rays Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean working environment Qualifications: Active California Dental Hygienist license.
