Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Taylor Dental and Implant Center is growing quickly and we are looking for registered dental assistants who have a great attitude and consider themselves to be great team players! .The most important characteristic is the right mindset with a commitment to learning and growing, and treating every patient at the highest level. Responsibilities: Welcome patients in the dental office Prepare instrument trays, equipment, and materials needed based upon schedule Sterilize instruments Assist the dentist through 4-6 handed dentistry Undertake lab tasks when necessary as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep all dental rooms clean and well-stocked throughout the day Participate in morning huddles Take radiographs and other diagnostic aids to present to the doctor Follows infection control protocol and prepares and sterilizes instruments and equipment. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the functions of the position. Skills Certification as a Dental Assistant X-ray certification Preferred 1 year of in-office experience but not required . We have a great in-office training and dental assistant development program.
