Urgent Care centers are everywhere—but have you ever seen one just for dental care? We hadn’t either, so we’re building one, and we’re building a team that’s equal parts skilled, independent, and easy to work with , and we’re looking for the right dental assistant to help us make it happen. Our goal is to provide patients with high-quality care in a setting that feels smooth, reassuring, and—dare we say— pleasant . We aim to be open six days a week , with a model of one dentist and one assistant per day . As we grow, we’ll expand to multiple doctors and assistants to cover all six days. That’s where you come in. Who We’re Looking For: A confident, experienced dental assistant who is comfortable: ✔ Taking ownership of patient care. From seating to dismissal , you’ll assist chairside, discuss treatment plans and financials, and provide clear post-op instructions. ✔ Working independently and proactively. We need someone who stays one step ahead—anticipating needs and keeping things running smoothly. ✔ Creating a welcoming environment.
