What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive cleanings and exams for patients of all ages with a focus on comfort and preventive care. Take and record vital signs and detailed medical histories to ensure safe and effective treatment. Provide oral health education tailored to individual needs, promoting long-term care and wellness. Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records in OpenDental. Implement strict infection control protocols , contributing to a safe and efficient clinical environment. Be Proficient in Xrays. Assisting in all aspects of Dentistry , creating positive early experiences for all our patients including our youngest patients. Collaborate with Dr. Perez and the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans . Conduct documentation reviews to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information. Who You Are A licensed Dental Hygienist with a passion for patient care. Proficient in Open dental or similar dental management software. Knowledgeable about HIPAA compliance and infection control practices. Skilled in taking vital signs and performing thorough assessments Detail-oriented, organized, and confident in medical documentation and coding, Xrays .
