Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Parkland, FL

Registered Dental Hygienist â 1â2 Days/Week (Parkland, FL) Part-Time to Full-Time Growth Opportunity | Warm, Modern, Patient-Focused Office Pay: $40â$50/hr depending on experience 26 North Dental is a modern, boutique private practice in Parkland, FL. We are three months young and growing quickly with 30+ new patients each month. Weâre looking for a friendly, patient-focused RDH to join our team one day per week to start â Wednesdays , with the option to expand to a second day as our hygiene recall builds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, performing dental cleanings, and assisting with various clinical procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control, and patient assessment to ensure optimal oral health outcomes. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with the dental team to promote a comfortable and efficient environment for patients of all ages. We use Curve Dental software (easy to learn and teach) Maintain knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and general dentistry procedures to provide comprehensive patient care Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current CPR certification Proven experience in dental office settings or clinics, including pediatric dentistry preferred Proficiency in Curve Dental and Dexis is highly desirable Proficiency in iTero (specifically Lumina) and selling invisalign treatment is highly desirable. Able to diagnose and treat perio issues and have a strong sense of Strong knowledge of infection control standards, aseptic technique, and sterilization procedures Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse patient populations Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of anatomy related to oral structures and understanding of vital signs assessment during patient visits Join our team to provide outstanding dental care while advancing your professional skills in a supportive environment committed to excellence.
