Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Humble, TX
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner. Duties: - Perform dental hygiene procedures such as cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care - Conduct dental assessments and assist dentists in treatment planning - Take and develop dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans - Sterilize dental instruments and equipment Skills: - Proficiency in dental assisting techniques - Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations - Ability to maintain aseptic techniques during procedures - Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning - Knowledge of Open Dental software and EzDenti - Proficient in dental imaging techniques This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic dental practice that values patient care and a collabrative environment.
