Evanston (Dentologie) dental office is seeking a kind and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join the team! We are located near a variety of dining locations as well as Target and Whole Foods. As a full-time member of an incredible hygiene team, you can expect: Great pay: $50-$57/hr. + $3,500 sign-on bonus Monthly bonus: earn up to an EXTRA $1,000/month (aka additional $7/hr.)! The Evanston office uses Dentrix Ascend as the DPMS, the latest model of iTero scanners, Piezo scalers, intraoral cameras, Dexis sensors, and Gemini Diode lasers. Evanston uses top-end Hu Friedy instruments with an on-site Nordent sharpening machine. Schedule: Monday: 7:30am-2:30pm Tuesday: 1:30pm-8:30pm Wednesday: 7:30am-2:30pm Thursday: 1:30pm-8:30pm Friday: 7:30am-3:30pm Responsibilities: Provide patient care in all dental periodontal services in which you are licensed to perform. Assist dentist chairside during examinations. Provide a 10-star Patient experience. Contribute positively to an engaging culture. Prepares instruments and materials for procedures for your patients. Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures and provide oral health education. Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos. Keep treatment records such as charting existing restorations and planned treatment. Education: Active IL Registered Dental Hygiene license + Local Anesthesia certified.
