Pediatric dental practice seeking a full time dental assistant. Candidate should have a positive attitude, is motivated to learn, and is able to multi-task and take initiative in a busy environment. We would love to have you join our team! Duties Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable experience for children. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take and develop dental X-rays Manage patient records using EMR systems such as Eaglesoft, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Monitor and record vital signs as required before treatments. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Maintain infection control protocols and ensure aseptic techniques are followed at all times.
