Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support our team in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. Job Type: Part-time (2 1/2 days a week) (Tuesdays from 9 am-6 pm, Wednesdays from 9 am -5 pm ,one or two Fridays a month from 9pm -1pm Responsibilities Assist dentists during various procedures. Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials. Take dental X-rays, ensuring accurate positioning and patient comfort. Manage medical documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Coordinate daily patient flow, schedule and confirm appointments to support smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to infection control standards. Experience Certification or training in dental assisting or related fields is a plus but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates eager to learn.
