Dental Assistant – General & Cosmetic Dentistry (Full-Time) Newport, RI | $22–$25/hour | 40 hours/week We’re a modern, technology-driven general and cosmetic dental practice in Newport, RI seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our supportive, upbeat team. This position is 40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break each day — because balance matters. Schedule Full-time: 40 hours per week 1-hour lunch break daily Responsibilities Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic, and specialty dental procedures Taking digital X-rays ( X-ray certification required ) Assisting with same-day crowns, cosmetic dentistry, implants, endodontics, prosthodontics, sleep appliances, and orthodontics Preparing treatment rooms and instruments with exceptional attention to detail Supporting efficient patient flow and excellent patient care Collaborating closely with doctors and team members Qualifications Dental Assistant experience preferred X-ray certified (required) Strong attention to detail and organization Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn new technology and expand clinical skills Pay & Benefits $22–$25/hour , based on experience Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation Time Paid Sick Time Quarterly Team Outings (we work hard and play hard!)
