Join Our Team at Partnership Community Health Center in Oshkosh, WI! Are you a compassionate and dedicated Patient Service Representative looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Partnership Community Health Center is seeking a talented individual to join our team at our dental clinic. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patients by greeting and checking them in for appointments, scheduling services and answering their questions. This position is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 7:15a - 6:00p. Includes full benefit package. Key Accountabilities Prepare front desk for day or end of day by following the guidelines per the Patient Service Representative manual and established by PCHC to ensure a good patient experience. Greet patients in a friendly manner, check in patients, schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments according to PCHC procedures and protocols. Respond to incoming calls and address the needs of the caller according to PCHC protocols. Complete documentation and communicate with record release contractor pertaining to dental care. Prepare and scan related release documents into Dentrix. Understand and communicate PCHC’s financial policies and procedures to PCHC callers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Maintain BLS certification.
