Overview Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Arts Family Dentistry Arts Family Dentistry is looking for an energetic and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Our office is known for providing excellent patient care, and our five-star Google reviews reflect the trust our patients have in us. We have five amazing offices thriving across Dallas. La Prada Family Dentistry, Midtown Family Dentistry, Riviera Family Dentistry, Casper Family Dentistry and Arts Family Dentistry located by the Bishop Arts. We are looking for an RDA who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and values a strong team environment. Bilingual is required. What You’ll Do: Assist the dentist with procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort. Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate records using Open Dental. Sterilize instruments and keep treatment areas organized. Communicate clearly with patients to help them feel at ease. Support the front office as needed, including scheduling and patient follow-ups. What We’re Looking For: Texas RDA license (active or in progress). Fluent in Spanish and English (required). Experience with Open Dental (preferred but not required). A professional and positive attitude with a focus on great patient care. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment. Why Join Our Team?
