Job Summary We are seeking a dental assistant to join our expanding, fast paced dental practice. Our office is a full service general dental practice. We are open Monday-Thursday, alternating Fridays and Saturdays. Personality is a big part of our office and we are looking for employees that will make our patients feel comfortable and calm. REQUIREMENTS: -MUST BE RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL - Great people skills - Must have dental assisting experience - Nice friendly smile - Self-Motivated and positive attitude - Comfortable using computers and technology - Comfortable working with kids, adults, and seniors of all backgrounds - Must be able to work in a fast paced environment - Must be comfortable assisting with all procedures - Must be able to take X-rays and sterilization of instruments The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Greet patients and bring them back to the treatment area - Set up treatment rooms - Assist dentists during procedures - Taking X-rays and sterilizing instruments - Walk patients to the front - Clean up treatment room and ready them for the next patient - Ensure the dental operatory is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
