BLVD Dental Aesthetics is a modern, high-end dental boutique in the heart of Los Angeles. We are looking for a kind, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in clinical excellence and building long-term relationships with patients. As a mostly fee-for-service practice, we are committed to personalized care, not production quotas. You’ll have the time and support to provide thorough cleanings, education, and co-diagnosis alongside our cosmetic dentist. What You’ll Do: Perform high-quality, comprehensive prophylaxis and SRP treatments Co-diagnose with the dentist and educate patients on oral/systemic health links Chart effectively in Open Dental Take diagnostic digital X-rays and intraoral photos Ensure a relaxed and safe patient experience Sterilize and prep your operatory independently What We Use: Cavitron Intraoral camera Digital sensors Open Dental Modern operatories with natural light and music Ideal Candidate: CA RDH license (active and in good standing) 1+ year experience preferred but not required – new grads welcome Gentle, upbeat, and professional demeanor Reliable and self-motivated Able to work solo (you’ll be the only hygienist on Wednesdays for now) Perks of Working at BLVD: No corporate pressure – we focus on care, not quotas Modern, aesthetically designed office environment Collaborative, drama-free team Paid parking or transit reimbursement Opportunities to expand to additional days as we grow Job Type: Part-time Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
