Position Overview:

As our Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing high-quality dental hygiene services to patients of all ages. Your role will involve performing comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal evaluations, and patient education to ensure optimal oral health. Our practice emphasizes individualized care, allowing you to see one patient at a time—spending approximately 60 minutes for general patients and 30 minutes for pediatric patients. Uncoorperative pediatric patients are not seen by dental hydienist, instead are seen by dentist herself. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough teeth cleanings and periodontal assessments for general and pediatric patients.
- Provide education and guidance on oral hygiene practices to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow established protocols for infection control and safety.
- Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all patients, ensuring their comfort and confidence during visits.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist is required.
- Valid dental hygiene license in the state.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, including children.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuing education.
- Familiarity with current dental technologies and techniques.
