Experience is preferred , but we’re willing to train the right person who brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following infection control protocols Take and process digital X-rays Ensure operatories are properly stocked and maintained Provide patients with post-op instructions and support Accurately document procedures and chart notes Support lab case tracking, patient flow, and room turnover Participate in morning huddles and team meetings What You’ll Need: Radiography certification (Preferred) CPR certification (Preferred) Exceptional communication skills and a patient-first attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Open Dental experience is a bonus – but not required! Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Starting January, we will transition to Monday–Thursday only!) No nights or weekends – ever.
