Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental check-ups. Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary support. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation review using practice management software. Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Experience Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred. A desire to work with children of all ages is a must. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus. Experience in dental assisting may be beneficial but is not required. Experience in front desk tasks including insuranve verification/ billing is a plus.
