Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist who is certified and willing to administer local anesthesia . The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will be part of a team that values great communication, positive attitudes, and a strong commitment to patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing Administer local anesthesia (required) Capture digital radiographs and intraoral photos Complete charting, periodontal assessments, and notes in Eaglesoft Educate patients on oral health, home-care strategies, and disease prevention Apply fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments Follow strict sterilization and infection-control protocols Maintain a clean, organized operatory and support smooth patient flow Contribute to our team-oriented, positive, and motivated culture Qualifications Active New Hampshire RDH license Local anesthesia certification (required) Associateâs or Bachelorâs degree in Dental Hygiene Current CPR certification Comfort with digital workflows; prior use of Eaglesoft is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and patient-focused Benefits We Offer We believe in investing in your professional and personal well-being.
