What You’ll Do

• Assist chairside during cosmetic, biomimetic, restorative, and Invisalign procedures
• Perform full-arch and tooth-by-tooth intraoral scanning (iTero or similar)
• Manage setups, breakdowns, and sterilization following strict protocols
• Take diagnostic X-rays and photos to support advanced cosmetic planning
• Prepare digital workflows for labs and smile design cases
• Maintain a clean, elevated, and hospitality-driven operatory presentation
• Provide a warm, polished, concierge-style patient experience
• Support with clinical supply ordering and organization
• Participate in ongoing team trainings and cosmetic learning

Requirements

• Soft skills and professionalism are a MUST — polished, friendly, refined communication
• X-ray certification (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Sterilization experience
• Experience with intraoral scanning (iTero preferred)
• Interest in veneers, Invisalign, and minimally invasive dentistry
• A passion for learning new skills in a high-end setting

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Loved)

• Dental photography experience
• Experience with 3D printing or digital workflow
• Cosmetic dentistry background
• Prior luxury or concierge-style service experience

• $26+/hour — negotiable based on skill & experience
• All dental work provided at no cost (lab fees only if applicable)

Schedule

• Mondays: 9-6, Tuesday/Wednesdays: 8-5, Thursdays: 7-3
• Hours follow practice schedule (no nights, no weekends)
