Job Overview Our growing private dental practice located in the heart of Pacific Beach is looking for a dedicated DA to become a vital part of our team. This full-time position is from Monday to Thursday, plus a half-day one Friday each month. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment. Prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for patient procedures. Maintain accurate dental records and patient information in compliance with privacy regulations. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside with efficiency and professionalism Capture high-quality radiographs, intraoral photos and scans Provide exceptional patient education and build trust through effective communication Maintain equipment and inventory to ensure smooth operations Knowledge of Dentrix, iTero, and Invisalign is a plus Requirements Current x-ray license Current CPR certification Strong communication skills Knowledge of infection control procedures Experience in assisting with various dental procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Do you have Dentrix experience?
