Dental assistant's who are early in their orthodontic career and eager to grow are encouraged to apply. This position rotates between two fully equipped pediatric offices with dedicated orthodontic wings, eliminating the need for transporting instruments between locations. This role is ideal for someone with EFDA and Radiology certifications who has completed an orthodontic externship or is beginning their orthodontic journey. You will train directly with our orthodontic team. Key Responsibilities Prepare operatories and ensure proper sterilization of instruments Assist with orthodontic procedures while learning office-specific techniques Take diagnostic records, including panoramic X-rays and iTero scans Document treatment and patient progress accurately Provide appliance care instructions to patients and families Support the orthodontic team to maintain efficient workflow between offices Qualifications Current EFDA certification Current Dental Radiology certification Interest in orthodontics and willingness to learn in a structured training environment Completion of an orthodontic externship or early ortho exposure preferred Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and collaborative Reliable transportation and flexibility to work across both office locations What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTO Scrubs allowance to select your preferred style Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth within well-established pediatric/orthodontic dental practices To Apply Submit your resume for review.
