Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Flexible Schedule) Compensation: % of production + strong daily base We provide compassionate, kid-friendly care for ages 5–18, with a pediatric dentist available for children under 5 or for advanced procedures. We focus on: A supportive environment for general dentists treating children Community-based locations in underserved NYC neighborhoods Flexible scheduling and a fun, welcoming atmosphere Efficient systems that support both great care and great income Position Overview We are seeking general dentists who enjoy working with children and want a practice model built around: predictable procedures, focused schedules, strong clinical support, and meaningful, community-based work. No pediatric residency is required — training and shadowing are available with our current pediatric provider currently treating pediatrics ages 1+. This role is ideal for dentists looking to transition away from full-scope adult dentistry and into a children-centered schedule. What You’ll Do Provide exams, cleanings, sealants, fillings, and uncomplicated pediatric restorative care Build rapport with parents and children through a warm, confident chairside manner Participate in a streamlined, efficient daily schedule that minimizes stress Collaborate with a pediatric dentist for advanced cases Flexibility You choose your days and hours Ability to work “after-school hours” (2–7 PM) for high-demand appointment blocks Time off as requested.
