What Youâll Do (Your Impact) You play a central role in ensuring the dentist, the patient, and the front office are fully aligned. Your daily responsibilities include: Deliver Clinical Excellence Prepare treatment rooms with precision and readiness so procedures start on time Anticipate the dentistâs needs and understand each procedural step Take high-quality X-rays, create excellent temporaries, pack cord confidently, and maintain sterilization workflows with accuracy Maximize Efficiency & Flow Maintain fully stocked ops and anticipate room turnovers Reduce interruptions by proactively preparing for upcoming patients and procedures Keep instruments organized, clean, and complete from room to room Elevate the Patient Experience Communicate procedures, expectations, and comfort recommendations clearly Help patients understand what they need and why they need it Maintain a calm, friendly, professional environment that earns patient trust Support Practice-Wide Success Communicate seamlessly with the dentist, management, and front desk Relay all treatment discussions clearly to support accurate plan presentation Help coordinate and reinforce next steps so patients stay on track with their treatment and hygiene care Who You Are (What Weâre Looking For)Clinically Strong You know your instruments, procedures, room setups, X-rays, and temporaries. Our Dental Assistants start at $19/hr , with the opportunity to earn up to $26/hr through a clear, fair, and achievable monthly bonus program.
