Key Responsibilities: Patient Management: Welcome and manage observation, pending, and new patients. Play a pivotal role in the onboarding process for orthodontic treatments and ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience throughout our patients' orthodontic journey. Clinical Support: Assist our orthodontist during patient examinations, take diagnostic records including photos and X-rays. Treatment Presentation: Clearly present treatment plans and fee structures to patients or their guardians. Ensure they understand the value and benefits of the treatments offered. Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with patients and/or guardians, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met. Marketing: Contribute to brand recognition and community engagement initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with local dental offices for collaborative opportunities.
